Abstract

Organizations can improve job satisfaction and organizational effectiveness in different ways. One of the easiest and the most effective strategies can be application of participatory management style. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between participatory management with job satisfaction and organizational effectiveness. Materials & Methods: This was a descriptive- correlation study, and its population were principals and teachers of Zahedan schools in academic year 2012-2013. 548 principals and teachers were selected by random sampling method. The study instrument was a questionnaire. The scores were analyzed using the Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression by Software SPSS17. Results: 1) there was a significant positive relationship between organizational participation and job satisfaction. 2) There was a significant positive relationship between organizational participation and organizational effectiveness. Conclusion: Organizations by using participatory management can improve the level of job satisfaction and organizational effectiveness
