Abstract
Today most people are convinced that in order to reduce health care costs, early treatment is necessary. Widespread wireless technologies and the Internet has a great impact on health care. Materials & Methods: This was a review study. Data were collected from different libraries and Internet sources related to factors and challenges facing e-health. Results: In comparison with the traditional system of care, E-Health has progressed enough to be the largest industry and brings health care homes. Having access to e-health in urban and remote areas of developed and developing countries increases health level. The electrical safety system successfully used as preserving and improving the health of these communities. Conclusion: E-health is modern and large revolution in medicine. By enriching impellent factors and planning for obstacles and challenge, we can search the new horizons of medical practice and nursing.
