Abstract
Abstract —Technology can be the knowledge of techniques, processes, etc. or it can be embedded in machines, computers, devices and factories, which can be operated by individuals without detailed knowledge of the workings of such things. The purpose of technology transfer is Pre-defined set of activities in which necessary technology will be available for applicant. Telemedicine is the use of telecommunication and information technologies in order to provide clinical health care at a distance. The process of transfer of technology in the medical field not only of transport equipment but also in the field of telemedicine techniques will also be included.1
