Abstract
A study about comprison of insureds and non-insureds in Imam -Reza hospital in Urmia was carried out. Materials&Methods:Data colloction was done by a questionnaire about demographic items of samples and their attitudes about nursing and management services that they acquired Results: Most of them were satisfied about the services and education role of patient. Statistical difference was shown between insureds and non-insurds attitudes p<00.5) Discussion: Most of social security insured satisfied from the sen-ices.
